Hi Neil,
There are some discussion at CSG forum on the same issue, including Bok of Free-DC. Simply removing the original projects will result in the loss of some credits of users unless all users choose to link their accounts to the new CSG accounts.
Difficult choices.
Philip

Re: New projects
Hi Neil, The waiting of stats from Citizen Science Grid (CSG) http://volunteer.cs.und.edu/csg/ is over. The stats is in the usual place. Free-DC has added it to their list. Please add it. However, the statistics are combining the three projects - DNA@Home, SubsetSum@Home and Wildlife@Home. If we ...

Re: New projects
Hi Neil,
Haven't had any stable new project, not to say with stats export for some time.
Now we have one - Beal@Home
http://bealathome.com/
A maths project looks for a counterexample of the Beal's conjecture in number theory.
Stats in the usual place.
Cheers,
Philip

Re: New projects
Look like PG@Putra (http://boinc.biruni.upm.my/putra/) has been wiped and rebuilt. There are no applications, stats, etc. and needed to be rejoined. In the unlikely event that the project runs again, the old statistics may need rename.

Re: New projects
I have no more ideas than all you guys about Climate@Home. It is not uncommon for projects admins told us that they will have no WUs for a few days because software or hardware updates but have us wait for a life time. Climate@Home has lots of problems since startup and we have to hope that they ...

Re: New projects
Hi Neil
Me again. Just discover that QMC@HOME has yet to export its statistics since its rebirth. There is no forum too so there is no way to communicate with their admins. So we have to wait.
Cheers,
Philip

Hi Neil, There are 2 updates. 1. QMC@Home has returned. The URL has changed to www.qmcathome.org . 2. New project: Climate@Home . "The climate model that volunteers download is made up of mathematical equations that quantitatively describe how atmospheric temperature, air pressure, winds, water ...

Re: New projects
Hi Neil, Happy new year. There is a long interval between last project with stats exported (OProject@Home) and now. Though new projects come and go but they have simply disappeared, not yet started distributed WUs or export stats. Now that we have one that has at last with its stats exported. I hope ...

Hi Neil Any chance to add EDGI Demo Project? http://mishra.lpds.sztaki.hu/edgidemo/ Its statistic is now exported to the normal place. As noted from the address, it is from the same team running the SZTAKI Desktop Grid. Till now, the their web site still displays the default "XXX is a research ...

Re: New projects
Hi Neil,
Volpex@UH (http://volpex.cs.uh.edu/VCP/) is a research project that uses Internet-connected computers to do research in creating effective parallel computing on multiple volatile nodes. Not a new project, but it has had their credit rationalized and exported.
Cheers,
Philip

Re: New projects
Hi Neil, Two interesting issues. SixTrack is the descendent of LHC@Home. All users and credits had been carried forward from LHC@Home. I do not think that it is necessary to keep LHC@Home in the project list. Otherwise the total credits will not be correct if a member attachs to the SixTrack but ...
