I contacted both University of Dayton and Wright State regarding the compromised and abandoned site. I was told that the project was running on a server belonging to a government agency. The site was suspended the following day. Now the Server is unreachable.

Thanks for the heads up. The site had already been automatically marked as inactive but I have changed the website's home page in my database.
